Creating Maps: An Atlas Narrative

“To ask for a map is to say, ‘Tell me a story.'” -Peter Turchi

For my mapping project, I asked several of my classmates to draw a map of the fourth floor of Campbell Library at Rowan University from memory. Not only was I interested in examining the semiotic choices that went into creating these maps, but also what narrative the map was presenting to me.
